What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, organization), the property and portfolio data you upload or connect, and standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
To run RIVUE: scoring your portfolio, surfacing savings and risk, generating reports, and sending the alerts you have enabled. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your portfolio data to train models for other customers.
Third-party data sources
When you connect an integration, RIVUE exchanges data with that provider on your behalf and only for the syncs listed on the integration. You can disconnect any integration at any time from Settings.
Retention
Documents are retained for the period configured in Settings (seven years by default). Inspection history is retained for as long as your account is active. You can export or request deletion of your data at any time.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is scoped by role, and administrative actions are recorded in an audit log available from Settings.
