The service
RIVUE provides analytics and workflow tools for real estate portfolios. Access is licensed to your organization for the seats and property count on your plan.
Estimates are estimates
Savings figures, scores, risk bands and valuations produced by RIVUE are analytical estimates based on market data and the information in your account. They are not tax, legal, insurance or investment advice, and actual results will vary. Confirm with a qualified professional before acting.
Your data
You retain ownership of everything you upload or connect. You grant RIVUE the licence needed to process that data in order to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to share any data you bring in.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to breach the service, access another organization's data, or resell RIVUE output as a standalone data product. Accounts are per-person; do not share credentials.
Availability and changes
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features with notice; material changes to these terms will be announced in the product before they take effect.
Termination
Either party may terminate with notice. On termination you may export your data for thirty days, after which it is deleted according to the retention policy.
